New Culver City warehouse to office conversion

EOA has been commissioned by Servicon Systems Inc. to convert their existing Culver City warehouse into a new worker training facility. The company is considered the leader in sustainable building maintenance services for the Southern California aerospace and tech industries. Located one block from the new Expo Line light rail station, the 3,400 sf warehouse, attached to the company's headquarters, is expected to receive LEED-NC Gold certification.
