Project Description:
The existing house was a classic Palm Springs mid-century post & beam residence undergoing major restoration by the owner. Edward Ogosta Architecture was commissioned to reconfigure the problematic wedge-shaped rear yard and existing pool. The resulting design clarifies the pool into a simple rectangle of water, complementing the dramatic horizontality and transparency of the existing house.
