Servicon Systems, Inc. is the leading provider of sustainable building maintenance services for Southern California's aerospace industry. Charged with converting an existing 3400 sf warehouse into the company's new training facility, EOA looked to the architecture of aircraft hangars and avionics clean rooms to inspire the project's industrial materials and simple color palette. All enclosed meeting spaces are concentrated in an undulating "building within a building", while the open multipurpose area accommodates training, receptions, gallery openings, and office-wide meetings.
