Construction has begun on our Corner Pocket House, located at 2nd Street and Meadows Avenue in Manhattan Beach. Demolition is complete, foundations are poured, and the walls are rising. The project strategically grafts new open living and kitchen areas onto an existing bungalow, while giving the whole building a unifying facelift.
