2020 marked the completion of two major remodels we’ve been working on for some time: the Swell House in Manhattan Beach and the Outlook House in Sherman Oaks. Both projects began as rather awkward homes from the 1970s-80s which the owners were looking to completely transform on the inside while simplifying and clarifying the existing exterior forms, materials, and apertures.
